General questions and answers

We sometimes receive questions, which are not specific for the webservice or some other technical aspect, but which still could be of interest for you all.

We have noticed different interpretations of the new "management report" ESAP category among different countries (OAMs). One country treats it as a filterable "type," while other treats it as separate ESAP metadata that is not visible on the national level (on the OAM itself), but only on ESAP.

How do you plan to handle this category? Specifically, will users be able to filter for "Management report" on your website? And will it be required for both Annual financial report (ANFIRE) and Half-year report (HYFIRE)

In Denmark we have interpreted the regulation as an optional information type for ANFIRE and HYFIRE. It is part of the ANFIRE & HYFIRE API endpoint as you have probably already found out. We expect to support filtering on that in our exhibition of data as with all the other information types.

At some point in the future, we will be more strict about which issuers a required to include the management report.

ESAP regulation has defined all the information types for each legal area. This means that there will be information types that are not used in Denmark with the current legal implementation. The information type under TD called ARIMSL / "Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a Member State" / "Yderligere regulerede oplysninger, der skal offentliggøres i henhold til en medlemsstats lovgivning" is one such information type that is not presently implemented in Denmark.

Submitting through the API will immediately result in an error for the first level of validations.

Results of second level and ESAP validations are communication asynchronously through notifications.

There will be a service endpoint for checking status of submissions including any raised external notifications.
